My 1st home-made egg tarts ^^

Yeah, I am back here to blog something which is interesting for me. As a 2nd year 2nd sem student, I felt that I am going to be a 3rd year student very soon and it will be a very tough year as it is the last year for our theory studies before entering to the practical year and there will be lots of final exam await us. This semester studies include microbiology, physiology, philosophy and biochemistry. This semester we've got more free time as compared to 1st sem in last year. Like usual we have our russian classes 3 times per week and for the nursing surgery subject, we need to communicate with the patient or the nurse and doctor in the hospital in russian. It has been a difficult time for me to speak and understand russian language. Now in kursk there is no more snowing, spring time is back and warm temperature around 20'c outside is just nice for jogging.

well, today I have successfully made the egg tart by myself and it was superb nice :) My housemate and I went to Evropah supermarket to buy the ingredient and 10 egg tart tins. We were quite nervous that we might fail to do it because we'd never tried it before. We started to mix all the ingredient like flour, egg, butter, sugar etc to make the paste and the custard.. After hours of preparing, we put the egg tart into the oven and waited for 30 mins. The egg tart was golden in color and it is just nice^^ for the 1st time in my life I have made my own egg tarts..Here are some pictures were taken during the process of making egg tarts =)
